Strength & Technique course
Pre-Requisites: Beginner Level (or similar if you have come from another school).
So you have passed your course and are nearly ready for more, but it’s time to build strength, refine your technique and make your new moves look graceful and effortless.
This 4 week mini course is designed to give you a bit of a pasting!
Only ONE new trick will be given to you each lesson, the rest of the time we will be practicing the moves on your weaker side to balance muscle and condition your body safely for what’s coming next.
You will be perfecting your moves, linking them together, building strength, building a pain threshold and tolerance ready for inverted tricks. This is also a great level to return to, if you’ve had a bit of a pole break, and saves you having to shell out by starting again un-necessarily.
By the end of this course, your ears will be ringing with the sound of my voice screaming ‘Point your toes! Get higher! Straighten that leg!’- but you will feel like a pole warrior!
It’s most beneficial to do this 4 week mini course in between each 8 week core level that you complete in order to gain the necessary strength to move on. So you can do this course as many times as you like, no matter what level you are at!
